Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") set forth the conditions of use for Note Agent AI (hereinafter referred to as "the App" or "the Service"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 1 (Application)

  1. These Terms shall apply to all relationships concerning the use of the Service.
  2. In addition to these Terms, we may establish rules for use and other regulations regarding the Service. These shall constitute a part of the Terms.
  3. If there is a conflict between the content of these Terms and the rules mentioned in the preceding paragraph, the content of the rules shall take precedence, unless otherwise specified.

Article 2 (Definitions)

The terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

  1. "the Company": The developer and operator of Note Agent AI.
  2. "User": An individual or corporation that uses the Service.
  3. "Memo Data": Content such as text, images, and audio created and saved by the User in the App.
  4. "Paid Plan": Subscription services such as the Pro Plan and Premium Plan.
  5. "the Content": All content, features, and services provided by the App.
